Please join for a virtual Fourth Amendment Workplace training so that we can support our neighbors and organize in our community.
What is a Fourth Amendment Workplace?
A 4th Amendment Workplace is a business that proactively trains staff to uphold employees’ constitutional rights against unreasonable government search and seizures, especially regarding immigration enforcement, by requiring federal agents to have proper judicial warrants for non-public areas and protecting all workers.
These workplaces use legally vetted protocols to identify invalid warrants (like administrative notices), secure private spaces (like break rooms, restrooms), and train employees to calmly assert their rights, creating a safer environment and preventing overreach.
This is a great way to help your local businesses understand their constitutional rights and come together as a community to support. We hope to see you there!

On 1/24/26, federal agents horrifically shot and killed 37-year-old Alex Pretti, an ICU nurse who cared for veterans, in the Eat Street neighborhood of south Minneapolis after brutally beating him in front of witnesses.
Enough is enough. Exercising our Constitutional right to document and record ICE and other federal agents is more important than ever. This call will give you the tools to exercise your rights in a moment when federal agents are terrorizing our communities and using excessive force.
Join our call, Eyes on Ice: Document and Record. We will cover the latest updates on ICE and CBP’s out-of-control and dangerous operations. We will talk through rights when documenting and recording law enforcement encounters, and how you can continue to take action.

Join us for an education & action-oriented morning to understand the risks our immigrant neighbors are facing and what KIDS can do to support them - in age-appropriate ways for young elementary kids AND our middle school big kids. All kids will have the chance to do some “craft-ivism” by creating personalized backpack whistle kits to take home … plus SNACKS, of course.
FREE registration is required to ensure we have enough supplies.
